Cuba attack patients had brain abnormalities

Doctors discovered brain abnormalities while treating the U.S. victims of mysterious attacks in Cuba. The finding is the most specific to date since the attacks began. Medical tests revealed the U.S. Embassy workers in Havana developed changes to the white matter tracts that allow parts of the brain to communicate.

New rules restrict travel from United States to Cuba

The White House has fleshed out a more restrictive economic policy toward Cuba as promised by President Donald Trump earlier this year. New rules that go into effect Thursday limit the ways Americans can travel to Cuba and where they can spend money while there. The Trump administration wants to steer U.S. dollars away from the Cuban government and military and toward private business. Americans can still travel on educational and “people to people” trips, but they must have a daylong schedule of activities designed to support the Cuban people.

ISLAMIC STATE (ISIS) this morning claimed responsibility for the Tuesday truck attack in lower Manhattan that killed eight people and wounded 12, and the United States should prepare itself for Jihad 3.0, said Pakistan’s former Ambassador to the United States Husain Haqqani.
