Hillary Clinton, now that Barack Obama seems to have clinched the Democratic party's nomination, has the power hungriness to leak that she would be interested in running with Obama.

Why? For the sake of unifying the party, right? "For the party" rhetoric would be the big, heaping hill of beans that Hillary and Bill would have us believe. The Clinton's lust for power is unprecedented and Obama unwisely running with the Clintons would certainly set John McCain for a victory in November.

Teens who kill parents

Gone are the days when parent/teen disagreements simply lead to pouting. These days, conflict often ends in murder. I would not dare offer conjecture about the recent killings of parents by upset teens, but we need to seriously discuss the way we teach conflict management. What has been most surprising to those of us who research youth culture is that these kids do not fit the expected profile: These parental murderers are middle-class, suburban "good kids" with good grades.
