Q: What do I do if I forgot my password?

A: Click here, enter your email address into the form and submit. If the email address is found, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Once you have reset your password, you will be logged in. You may click on Lost Your Password? at the bottom of the login page. The login page can be accessed by clicking on Welcome, Guest on the upper-right-hand side of the page and then clicking Login. Q: What do I do if my password does not work?

A: Check the caps lock on your keyboard. The username and password are case sensitive. You may also want to check the expiration date of your subscription or membership to make sure your account is still active. To find the expiration date of your membership, look on the mailing label of your print magazine (as seen in red below) or contact member services at (828) 435-2981.

Q: How can I change my password?

A: Login to the website and then click on Welcome, [your name] then click My Account. Click the link that says Reset Your Password in the Manage My Account section. Displayed will be your email address and password. Under the Password field click Change Password. Fill out the form and click on Change Password. Your new password is now in effect. Q: How can I access WORLD's website on my mobile device?

A: Click the Report Comment to Moderator link under the offending comment, or send an email to the Web Editor at webeditor@wng.org.

Q: What do I do if someone else is using my name to post comments on the site?

A: Contact the Web Editor at webeditor@wng.org for assistance. We will do all we can to correct the situation and punish the guilty party, but we cannot be held liable for their actions, nor can we be held responsible for the comments being cached on online search engines such as Google and Yahoo!
